Cramps on the outer calves when walking
by Nicole
(Cincinnati, Ohio)
When I go out to walk for some exercise, I develop pain on my outer calves. Sometimes it's just one leg, sometimes both. The pain subsides as soon as I stop walking.
Hi Nicole,
It could be a number of things, but the most serious would be due to poor circulation. I do not know your age or medical history, but having your circulation checked might not be a bad idea.
