foot pain

On the bottom of my foot on the pad under my small toe I have three small spots that are flat and look something has already come out of them, but nothing ever has. That's just how they stay. And when I walk it feels like little rocks are in there. I have have them ever since I was prego and they have not changed. I treated them like warts but treatment did not work. What could they be?

Probably either warts or porokeratosis (read my section). Just because you could not get rid of them does not mean they are not warts.
I would suggest you see a podiatrist for a proper diagnosis.
