heel pain

by Laura Pennington
(Wichita Kansas United States)

when i walk on my heel in hurts very badly and this started just a couple of weeks ago. When i am laying down for awhile and get up i can hardly walk on it.

Hi laura,
The most common cause I see with those symptoms would be plantarfasciitis with either an associated bursitis or heel neuroma. If this has been going on for more than a couple of weeks then it would be time to see a podiatrist in your area.
