Heel pain

I was playing basketball and it felt like someone hit me in the bottom of the heel with a baseball. 30 seconds later I could not put pressure on my heel. I have severe heel pain and can only walk by using my toes on the affected leg.

You need to see a podiatrist. The two things that come to mind are either a rupture of the plantarfascial ligament or perhaps even a fracture of the heel bone, neither of which will get well on their own.
