pain after right fusion

I have had a broken foot and 3 surgeries on it to try to get it ti fuse. I have a lot of pain yet and use a bone stimulator and take lortab 10/500 q 4 prn but I am wonderng since I have a non-union if I should see a orthopaedic surgeon or a podiatrist? I just do not know what my best move would be.I just wished I knew what would be in my best interest . I wondering if a 4th surgery would fix the non union or not and would the risk be worth the potential benefit?? I still have a great amount of pain, and would like to be able to get on with my life. Will this fusion make my foot stiff or is the stiffness because of arthritis?? I appreciate

any help you can give. Bonnie

Hi Bonnie,
I would certainly look for another doctor, either podiatrist or orthopedic surgeon, as quite frankly I have never heard of anyone having four surgeries to fix a non-union (and it not being fixed)
