Pleae make sure that you do get a proper diagnosis for your problem and please pay very careful attention to this pain and swelling is nature's way of telling you that things aare wrong!!!!! I have had a non-union and do know the foot pain is terrible. You may ask for a bone stimulator if there is a non-union , those do help in some cases.
