Pain or numbness in 4th,3rd, toes and pain on ball of left foot

by Edwin
(Richmond, Virginia USA)

When either walking or standing and putting pressure on the ball of my left foot I have pain in the ball and numbness in the 4th and 3rd toes of my left foot. This just started about 2 weeks ago. It also seems to occur with certain types of footware. Actually I was have a problem with the pain the other day and went and had a pedicure done and believe it or not. I did not have any pain all that day. Not sure if the soaking in warm water helped or the foot massage but had no pain that day. But the next day it was back.

Hi Edwin,
Read my section on Morton's neuroma and see if that does not sound like the pain you are experiencing.
