Severe heel pain

I've been having severe pain in my right heel and it moves into my ankle.The pain gets so bad that i can't walk on it,I can get out of bed in the mornings or be walking through the house and it will start hurting.I've been checked for heel spurs,inflamation,bursitis,tendonitis.

Being checked for a condition is one thing, but have you had any treatment? Heel pain generally requires some sort of prolonged treatment plan before it will get better.
By the way, have you had an xray or MRI to rule out a stress fracture of the heel? Not very common but can happen and can be very painful.
