Well the pain in the ball of my foot is more constant at the end of the day. I work as a car salse person, and I suspect that the leather soled shoes I was previously wearing was the original cause of my problem. the pain extends from the ball of my foot to the 2nd toe. When my wife rubs it part of massage is from bending the toes. The karate incident occured once for it is a non-sparring class. When contact was made that was when I had the sharp shooting pain in that one incident.
I probably do need to have it looked at, just waiting on my insurance to kick in from my job.
