All toes pain when exercized, numbed, limited motion radius, stiff constantly without much relief. I do sit a lot at my computer; however, I excercise in the morning and everning for about half an hour. I try to excercise my lower part of legs, feet and toes; however, the condition does not change. I have this for several months and I thought that it will go avay. I was also treating fungus on my foot bottom by Loprox now and then over several months. I thought that the toe pain might be related to that Loprox. In the past, the physician mentined that I have an arthritis in my lower back. I also thought that it may be related to that. I and my parents do not have a record of diabetes. The skin on my toes appear to be normal. All pain is internal to toes and about one third of my feet. Toes are on cooler side. I often wear two layers of warm socks in room temperature about sixty-eight degrees F and below. I am 63 old male.
